Lawyers representing Alpha Meda Holdings (AMH) did not receive the blessed MHLANGA lawyer, after the procedures courts, which are a prerequisite for submitting a bail request in the Supreme Court despite the submission of last Friday, according to the documents.
MHLANGA was rejected and detained on March 14 when he appeared in front of the Harari Varay Getima judge on Friday.
Gethima said MHLANGA, who faces the charge of inciting general violence to broadcast a press conference on Heart and Spirit TV (HSTV), was a security threat.
HSTV is a stable online TV channel. Amh are publishers of The Newsdays, The Standard, Zimbabwe Indender and Southern Eye.
On Friday, MHLANGA ATHERSTONE & Cook Lawyer wrote to the Magistrate Court to obtain a copy of the guarantee ruling in Gwitima.
They also sought to obtain a record of the courts ’appearance procedures and sponsorship procedures in the Magistrate on February 25.
“Please note that this issue is very urgent,” the lawyers wrote. “Our customer’s freedom is of utmost importance, and the patients have to resume the guarantee, the texts here are necessary.”
On Monday, lawyers wrote a follow -up letter calling for this.
