MASH EAST TOPS IN INSULTING ED, SAYS GARWE newsdzeZimbabweNewsdzeZimbabwe

The President of Zanu PF for the East Machonalland County, CDE Daniel Garwe, asked members and supporters to stop insulting the party’s leadership on social media platforms.

In a speech to the party members during the PCC meeting at Mashonalland East at Marondera on the weekend, CDE Garwe said it is not the Zanu PF culture insulting the president and invited those who do this to stop it from now on.

“Last year we held our conference in Pollao and 132 decisions were approved. Today we are not here to explain all these approved decisions, but one.

After that, we returned and started to inform people of this decision through province meetings. We have held these areas between the regions, we keep them and we will continue to keep them, and we tell people all these decisions, but our focus on the number one decision.

“Of all the decisions, none of them granted any person to insult others. No decision was adopted that people were allowed to force them to make a slogan. No decision has been passed, allowing someone to insult anyone because he or she is making a specific logo.

“Now, what bothers us is that there are some elements that insult President Manangjoa on social media. I am sure that you are all aware of how President Manangua insults and lack of respect for social media by people who think they are Zanu PF. This is unacceptable.”

CDE Garwe said if anyone is glowing, there is always a better way to find problems, adding that throwing insults are not one of them.

We have Zanu PF method to solve issues. Our party constitution provides a favorable platform for our grievances.

One must use party structures. But some people no longer do that. Mashonalland East is now at the top of the president’s insult, including insults directed at the president. We should never do so. There are better ways to express issues. “
