Daniel Jarwi, Minister of Public Works, said that the Herbert-Chicoplo College of Ideology is not the Zanu-PF project, as it was claimed by the anti-government forces, but rather a national institution, the local Minister of Labor and the Minister of Public, Daniel Garoi.
Minister Garoi stated that the school is leading a national ideological program that President Manangjoa does not belong to any political party.
“An ideology has no political face but bears a national identity – from Zimbabwe. It is important to understand that this is a national program, not the Zanu -PF project, as it was said falsely.”
He added that his ministry will soon work with various universities in the state to advance in different agendas related to local governance.
The Chtagpo School for Ideological is an institution designed to enhance national awareness and determine the priorities of national interests above all.
It is one of many of these institutions in the region, which was created by revolutionary movements, with the goal of instilling the spirit of revolution in youth and population in general.
