SA-BASED ZIMBA DRAGS EX ZIFA BOSS TO COURT newsdzeZimbabweNewsdzeZimbabwe

The former Zifa president, Gift Banda, once again found himself in the center of attacking the exciting maintenance where Zimbabwe is accusing him of his head of his failure to play his parental commitment to their 15 -year -old daughter.

Panda is dragged into the court by his ex -girlfriend, Kholiwe Sitshoni, which was widely published in 2009.

SITHONI is close to the courts that seek to obtain Panda to meet his obligations towards her child. Panda is facing a lawsuit from Sitshoni, which claims to be owed for $ 90 at unpaid maintenance arrears.

He claims that the arrears dates back to 2023, when he was then dragged to the court because of the same case.

According to the approval order issued by the Zimbabwe Maintenance Court in Pollawo in 2014, Case S21/09, Panda agreed to pay $ 150 per month as a child’s maintenance.

Also in the document, he agreed to pay school fees to the child until she finished her education, transfer and medical expenses, when necessary.

SITHONI has since been close to the Maintenance Court, to cancel the matter, saying he was late.

The former Paulio mayor was in a presentation without a presentation during a hearing before the court yesterday, where he was said to have traveled to China in the field of business.

The matter was held to March 18.

SITSHONI is looking for a contrast in the initial agreed amount, noting that he can withstand the costs of keeping their child, because he is able to buy exorbitant vehicles.

In the court, Sitchoni accused Panda of not respecting the rule of law, as he was briefed on the case three days before the court sitting.

It is neglected for our daughter and does not respect the rule of law. I intentionally ignore his obligations. “He only pays when he suits him, he never consistent and never says the reason for his failure to pay,” she said.

“He must be responsible and the law is respected. In our last appearance of the court, where he should have been dragged again, he said he could only pay $ 150 instead of $ 200.”

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Challenge, advised Sichuni to open a criminal case against Panda after the court told that she had traveled along the way from South Africa to attend the matter.

When the story erupted in 2009, Panda initially demanded that the child be taken for paternity tests before he started paying maintenance.

However, the court ordered that until the tests were performed, it would pay without failure. He was also said to meet the costs of fatherhood tests. Cronic
