The trial of business partners, Musa Mboufu and Mike Chimome, will appeal this Monday in the Supreme Court.
The couple faces accusations of defrauding a government of $ 7 million in relation to the plan to pass the failed presidential goats, which was aimed at benefiting from the youth.
The trial, which was scheduled to start in October last year, faced multiple delays, as the accused submitted various requests, including applying for referral to the Constitutional Court. However, the referral request was rejected on the basis of a lack of merit.
