A land baron has been ordered to repay $215,000 after he sold a non-existent rig to a customer.

He has also promised to settle the debt in monthly installments of $20,000 starting from May 31, 2021, and even offered to mortgage a 5,000 square meter plot of land under Parental Deed 3413/73 once the paperwork is completed by his lawyer, Zozi. Law chambers.

Justice Musito noted in his ruling that Pundamakara did not deny that he signed the acknowledgment of debt, claiming only that he signed the document under duress, for fear of arrest and imprisonment.

But the judge found that the debt acknowledgment was signed on May 7, 2021 when a criminal complaint was filed against him long ago in February.
