Suspected drug dealer, Talent Munyaka, known in her circles as May Bee, has arrived in court wearing only her underwear to face fresh drug possession charges.
She was then given a dress which she wrapped around her waist as she entered the court.
She appeared before Judge Lazini Ncube and claimed that the police assaulted her, tore off her skirt and left her half naked.
Judge Ncube ordered the state to investigate the allegations against the police.
In its latest brush with the law, the court heard that on Friday, police officers from CID received information that Munyaka was back on the streets selling cocaine.
Acting on a tip-off, police lured Munyaka after someone posed as a buyer.
They agreed to meet at the service station at the corner of Seventh Street and Samora Machel Street.
I got out of the silver Honda to make a deal with an investigator who was posing as a buyer.
The other investigators pounced on her.
They found two bags of cocaine in her possession and arrested her.
The cocaine weighs 2 grams and has an estimated street value of $100.
Munyaka was remanded in custody until May 16 and advised to approach the High Court for bail considerations.
Last week, Munyaka was taken to court after police found 13 grams of cocaine with a street value of US$700 in her possession.
She was released on $50 bail in the case.
