GIRL LOCKED IN THE HOUSE FOR THREE YEARS newsdzeZimbabweNewsdzeZimbabwe

A young woman has been locked inside the house for three years and her grandmother says it is for her safety because her life is under threat.

However, her mother claims that there is more than meets the eye.

Talent Gent’s grandmother, Gogo Mushore, 71, claims there is a rogue man in the neighborhood who wants to kidnap her because she rejected his romantic advances.

Talent’s mother, Joyleen Gent, said in a brief chat with H-Metro before Gogo Mushore stopped her from revealing more:

“There’s more to this. I’m not well, if you could give my daughter a pen to write something.”

“Help us please.”

But others in the neighborhood say this prison has something to do with witchcraft.

The talent, the woman who hasn’t left the house for three years, is only 23 years old.

She told H-Metro that she very much wants to see what’s going on outside her house and enjoy simple things like sunbathing.

She lives with her mother and grandmother and they make sure she does not leave the house in Zingiza, Chitungwiza.

Her facial features have become lighter and she is now seeking help through H-Metro.

“I am not allowed to leave this house. Ndavikodaw Kumbu Buda Panzi,” Talent said.

Her grandmother, a widow, said the goal of all this was to keep the talent safe.

Jojo Moshur said Talent was being stalked by a male neighbor who initially wanted to marry her only for her to reject his advances.

“I saw that he already lived in the house for the rest of his life, so it would be better for him to be killed,” Grandma Moshur said.

“There is a man in our area who proposed to Talent and she rejected him.

“Since that day he tried to take her by force and we warned him. He ended up sending his men to take her by force.

“This man even went so far as to entertain my two brides who are trying to get a shot at Talent.”

Jojo Prism has removed all the tenants from her house because she doesn’t want visitors to her house, which could give the rogue man an opportunity to sneak into the building and “kidnap” her.

“We decided to remain without tenants because of that man. My daughter (Talent’s mother) broke up with her husband and she is not well.

“I am a widow, none of us are going to work, so the challenge is that we are starving, and there is no food at home.

“We have some church pastors praying for us, but they are praying somewhere, not in this house.

“Our hope is in their prayers. Without that, the life we live here would be unbearable.”

However, she prevented Talent’s mother, Joyleen, from answering H-Metro’s questions about the strange arrangement in the house.

Joelyn was not feeling well, JoJo Moshur said. However, before she intervened and stopped her, Guileen told H-Metro:

“There’s more to this. I’m not well, if you could give my daughter a pen to write something.”

“Help us please.”

Some residents of Zenjiza suspect that this strange arrangement may be related to magic.

“We are worried about Tallent’s life. We last saw her three years ago, but she is at home, and we think there is magic in it. Zengiza Janica, from the Grant family to Ghent, Zvakouma,” said one resident. H Metro
