Lawmakers heard yesterday that President Mnangagwa’s Second Republic does not want to see people’s homes demolished, but instead wants to see people have homes they would have had legally. The Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs, Ziyambi Ziyambi, said the law would take its course on land barons who were stealing their hard-earned money from unsuspecting house seekers.
