A four-year-old boy has choked to death on a bottle he swallowed while playing in Lion Park in Harare.
The police have since begun their investigations into the case and will soon announce more details.
National Police spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the incident.
“ZRP reported a sad incident that occurred in Lion Park, Harare on March 9, 2024, in which a four-year-old male juvenile died. He added that the victim was choked on a bottle cap which he accidentally swallowed while playing with children.
