Senzo Chabangu says if Chamisa uses his face in his new party, the CCC will sue him.
“We wanted to promote the concert with Chamisa’s face. He approved it and its brand name CCC. We have to go to Congress to pass a resolution to get rid of Chamisa’s face as our logo. If he decides to use the logo with his face we will sue him because he never had to use his face.”
It was a voluntary decision. He agreed to let us use his face as a logo. He won’t use it until we decide to leave it. And he knows it. That is why he did not object to it.”
“We will break the shackles of accountability. We will break the shackles of popularity. So all we ask of Chamisa is that he tells the CCC that he was the leader of the CCC and receiving all the donations… As long as he stays in this country, the laws of this country will visit him.
“We have properties. We have intellectual property and trademarks. Those are the properties we are referring to. We have structures, like when we talk about accountability, President Chamisa needs to clarify all that there were structures. The party had membership cards, t-shirts and properties all over the country. “He was the treasurer and general secretary. He remains the president of the CCC until he accounts for the party’s assets.”
