A polygamous man in Harare has taken his first wife to court for depriving him of his marital rights for years.
Talent Zanova told Harare magistrate Joanna Mukwesha that Comfort Kanuta was abusing him by refusing him entry into their home.
Zanova said he was always forced to sleep in the car whenever he visited Canota.
According to Zanova, his wife was punishing him because he took a second wife.
However, Canota begged to differ.
Canota said she denied Zanova sex because he was refusing to take an HIV test.
She also accused him of forcing himself on her before she resorted to locking him out of the house.
