On Tuesday, a 48-year-old man was found dead on the terrace of an abandoned house in Mayambara, Seki, with a deep head wound.
The body of the victim identified as Danielle Mpendula was taken to a local hospital morgue for autopsy while police launched investigations into the case.
National Police spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the incident.
“Police in Zingeza are investigating the circumstances surrounding the murder case in which 48-year-old Daniel Mpendula was found dead on the terrace of an abandoned house near Chirigwati Lane, Mayambara on 23 January 2024.
He added, “The victim suffered a deep wound in the middle of his head.” He added: “Whoever has information should submit it to the nearest police station.” Announce
